This is an elegant, upscale steakhouse with warm decor and exceptional service. When I tell a waiter/waitress or a manager about a problem, it is feedback so that they can correct it for improvements to the establishment. Had a great time at Al Biernats. Bartender perfect. Steaks , Caesar salad, veggies so good. The 2021 list includes Al Biernat's, Del Frisco's and YO Ranch Steakhouse, as expected. Worth mentioning now, that after ordering I was told they were out of the special topping but would make something comparable for a "small" upcharge. Unequivocally the best restaurant in Dallas! We also do not ask for refunds for the food we eat, even if we choke it down. After a round of various martinis, we shared some appetizers. I went here for dinner. Server was awesome and kept us updated about the lengthy delays. The food was still spectacular as always just wished things didn't seem a bit rushed, sucks as this was to celebrate my birthday.
